Delete your account

This erases the details that identify you, everywhere, and it cannot be undone. Please read what goes before you confirm.

What happens when you delete

Your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and profile photo are permanently erased.
Any notes you added to bookings are erased.
You are signed out on every device and will not be able to sign in again.
Any unused package sessions are forfeited. If you have sessions left, use them or speak to the salon first.
Your past visits stay in the salon's books as anonymous records — we are required to keep sales history for tax purposes, but it will no longer be linked to your name.
